Since our albums are completely customizable, we have found that we field a lot of questions throughout the process. To help clear up any questions you might have, we decided to walk you through the entire procedure step-by-step. The first step in designing of your custom-made Priscilla Foster album begins with choosing a silk fabric for the cover. You can pick from Priscilla’s extensive collection of silk (click here to view swatches), or you can send Priscilla your own fabric.
Next you choose the coordinating colors that you would like for the spine* and ribbon (click here to download a pdf of our ribbon samples). If you would prefer to only choose the main fabric, you can let Priscilla use her expertise in selecting the other colors.
This is a feature that sets Priscilla Foster Handmade Books apart, and can be a major selling-point for photographers. Album pricing is password-protected, so feel free to send your bride and groom directly to the site to customize their own album.
* Some fabrics are tightly woven enough so that they can be used all the way across the cover and over the spine. To find these in the swatches, look for the titles of swatches that do NOT say “cover only.”
