For purchases with uploads, please follow these instructions:

  1. Add your files by clicking “ADD FILES” and selecting them from their stored locations.
  2. Once you see your file names on the page, click on “UPLOAD SELECTED FILES”.
  3. Wait for the file transfer process, and do not navigate away from the page. The time it takes is determined by the file sizes of your upload, and your internet speed. As long as the progress bar is moving, it is uploading. If it has completely stopped for several minutes, it may have errored. If this is the case, refresh the browser window and try uploading them individually rather than all at once.
  4. The page will refresh automatically and display thumbnails of your upload once completed. Continue adding and uploading all of your files, then click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” once finished. On the next page, you will again see all of the files that have been added. If you are missing any files, return to your cart or hit “Back” on your browser window to add them. There are no “hidden” files and what you see that is visible on the checkout page is what we’ll receive.
