Terms and Conditions

  1. Minimum six week (in-house) turnaround on all boxes
  2. Minimum 10 week turnaround on all albums
  3. Custom work turnaround is dependent on scope of project. Please inquire.
  4. Rush orders will incur a 50% up charge and are accepted on a limited basis. Please contact us directly for pre-approval on any rush orders.
  5. Turnaround time begins once ALL items have been received (this includes album design, prints etc.)
  6. Shipping and handling will be charged when your items are ready to ship.
  7. All orders are shipped via Fedex Ground with an adult signature required unless signature waived in which case your shipment will not be insured. International orders are shipped via Fedex International and require a shipping quote before order can be placed. VAT and customs charges apply.
  8. If you are mailing prints, we will notify you when your prints have arrived.
  9. Order cancellations or changes may be made within three business days of placement.
  10. Due to the custom nature of our products no changes can be made after 3 days from order date.
  11. There will be no refunds issued after 3 days from order date.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with GDPR.

We collect information about you for three reasons:

  1. To process, respond to and provide services based on your inquiry.
  2. To ensure that your submission is from a real person and is not spam.
  3. To track unique visits to our site.

The type of information we may collect about you includes:

  1. Your name
  2. Email address
  3. Information provided by you on our forms
  4. Your IP Address for spam filtering and unique visit tracking

We also use technologies like Google Analytics and Akismet anti-spam to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

We will never collect information about you in ways not covered by the reasons listed without your explicit consent and we will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely on encrypted networks and in accordance with the law.

You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. You can also request that your information be deleted at any time.
